Terms of Service

Little Picasso Terms of Service

Payment: Course fees, payable the day of course commencement or in advance.  Cash, or a crossed check should be written to:  Lindy Moran

Cancellations: Little Picasso clients cannot cancel lessons that have been finally confirmed.   Please ensure you are happy with the schedule before registering your child.  Little Picasso will turn away other applicants on the basis of your booking which is why no cancellation can be accepted.

Makeup Classes: Make-up classes can be arranged for absences due to sickness and/or travels overseas. Makeup classes will ONLY be offered when notice for sickness is given the day of and before your scheduled class time; or in the case of travel, notice be given in writing at least two days prior to your travel.   All properly canceled lessons will be made up within the course schedule.  No make-up lesson will be offered in case of absence from the workshop.

Enforced Weather: No Little Picasso classes will be run in the event of Black Rainstorms, Typhoon 8 or higher signals. We exercise discretion in cases of Red Rainstorms or Typhoon 3 as to whether classes should be held.  We will, of course, do our utmost to give you as much warning as we can. We regret that we do not arrange for class make-up or refund due to these enforced closures. Please call 9523 2878 or check our  website: www.littlepicasso.hk if you are in doubt on the day.

Note: Booking lessons with Little Picasso means agreement with the terms and conditions set out in this document.  Please be sure that you have read and understood it clearly.
